COMMENTS FROM OWNERS OF SLEEPY CREEK PUPS
Comet has been a delight since the moment we got him. He is very intelligent, friendly and obedient. Other dog owners and even the vet commented on how well socialized, smart, and egar to please he is. To give you an idea: We preferred that as a young pup he not enter the livingroom, diningroom and family room, because of the light carpet. We told him to "leave it" or "off" everytime he put a paw n the carpet to step in those rooms. Within TWO DAYS, we no longer had to tell him, he just did not go there! Even if one of his toys bounced into those rooms, he would simply sit at the edge of the carpet and look longingly at us until we went and retrieved the toy from the other room. Even if we went in those rooms, he would stay out. So at less than 9 weeks old, he was reliably trained to stay in the kitchen and foyer area (plenty large) without us ever using a gate! Now that he is older. we allow him in those rooms when we are in there. But he is still not permitted in the finished basement or up stairs, amd he dosen't even try to go there. He is such a good sweet dog. We love him! He is the best dog we could possibly hope for !!! Thank you so much !!! You did an excellent job with him we are so happy.

Debbie, Bailey is the smartest, sweetest thing ever, we just love him to pieces! I new he was the one for me! I didn't tell my husband I was getting another dog, so when he came home it was a suprise, which didn't go over so well for the first I think hour or so, but Bailey won him over with his good looks and charm and my husband couldn't resist him, and now. Mark loves him to death and Bailey loves him equally (I think more then me sometimes!) My husband can't get over how easy it was to potty train Bailey. I bought him a bag of puppy treats and that was the key. We take the treat out with us and when Bailey does his business, we praise him and give him the treat. He only ahd a few accidents in the house the first few days, but now he goes to the door whines to go out, does his business, get all excited, runs back for his reward and praises! I'm telling you the puppy treats are the trick (pass it on)! I must say Sue and radar sure did produce wounderful puppies! I would love to here how Bailey's brothers and sisters turned out, if that's at all possible (just corious)! Debbie thanks again for Bailey

Hi Debbie, just and update on the kids, they had their last series of shots including rabies last night. Tallie has grown to more then Reggies original size ans weighs 19-20 lbs. Reggie is growing like a weed and now weighs 35 lbs. Both puppies are lively and inquisitives; they play with each other and really rough house. Tally gives as much as she gets. She loves to fetch but Reggie only wants to take the ball away from her or chase it untill it stops rolling. They are going once a week to puppy kindergarden and seem to be pretty much the leaders of the pack. They are very social. They come on command, sit most of the time, we are working on the stay and lay down. They love to swim and both miss the pool being closed up for the winter, so they have taken to the springhouse overflow. Mud doesn't seem to faze them and the frogs provide an excitable chase. Everbody is healthy and well adjusted. Tallie loves to ride in the car but poor Reggie gets car sick on anyrhing longer than 20 minutes. We take them out a couple times a week and he has been doing better with that. We always go somewhere fun with new dights and smells which was our vet suggestion. Hope all is well with you; I'll keep you posted on our progress. Have a great fall.

Tallie is the brains of the bunch, very inquisitive and willfull. She loves the water and loves digging. She is persistant if she has a goal she keep at it until she gets what she's after. She's a perfect match to her brother. These are great dogs and we enjoy them more everyday. Reggies is very affectionate and knows where we are at all times. He stays with us when we are out in the yard, and he "helps" with the gardening. He's a great dog!

Hi Debbie, Just to let you know, blue puppy (who we have named Max)is doing very well. He was a bit car sick on the way home, but otherwise did ok. He and our dog,Ozzie love each other and play all the time. About 10 miniutes after we got home he discovered Ozzie's toy basket and went to town. He is very interest in our cat, who isn't interested at all in him! I'm sure they will get used to each other in time, though. he has had a few accidents in the house, but mostly he's doing well going outside. he walks like a dream on the leash - right at out heels, and much better then Ozzie! We've recieved so may compliments when walking him. as predicted, he wailed up a storm in the crate, But on night 2 only cried 10 minutes then setteled down. He is eating fine, too, although of course he wants Ozzie's food and vice versa. He loves our son Davis. he even insists on laying next to the tub when Davis takes a bath! Thanks for your new memberof the family. He is much loved. I'll stay in tough and send photos soon.

We love Bixie! He is well behaved, but still has plenty of energy and personality. "He's so happy" and "He's so cute" are the usual compliments he gets.He is very gregarious and likes people. When we get tired he settles nicely and is very affectionate. For such a lively little guy he is incredibly good in his bath tub! he's a good time Charlie! and he can stay alone in the house (loose) and be very content on his own, without getting into mischief - GREAT DOG!

Hi Debbie,
Autumn is doing great. She is the best pet we could have asked for. Everyone who meets her, falls in love w/her. She loves people and other animals. She has learned several commands already (so smart). The vet says she is very health and going great!

Hi Debbie,
Autumn is sleeping on my lap as I write this! She is a great. She's the best pet we could have hoped for. I can't say enough good things. Not only is my whole family crazy about her, but she's a neighborhood favorite. when we take her for walks, lots of folks know her and come to say hi. It's so funny. She is so friendly and so smart.

I am trying to convince my husband that Woof needs a little sister. Perhaps by the time Woffie's a year old I will have him convinced. I would love to have another pup from Woffie's parents because he really is such a smart and good dog and i can only imagine it getting better as he gets older. He only has an occassional accident in the house, he sits, stays, shakes hands, and is very calm when bathed, AND he's only 16 weeks old! Needless to say, we are very happy with him.

Dear Debbie,
I just wanted to let you know that our 4 1/2 month old labradoodle- "Ginger" is an awesome dog! For our first time owning a dog, we could not have asked for a better experience! She loves our kids, other dogs, and basically anyone she meets. We are in puppy training classes where she is excelling not only with basic commands, but sit up and roll over (very cute!). She is housebroken and crate trained. She rings the bell that we hang on the door to go outside! (Honestly, we didn't think that was possible for a dog to learn). Her temperment has really been the best of both breeds ... Friendly like a lab and smart like a poodle. Overall, she has her wild puppy moments, but is a mellow dog! Our vet loves to watch her grow - a lab body and poodle legs with mix of hair from both. My allergies have not acted up at all ! Thank you for allowing us to visit your kennel and meet her Mom, Dad and siblings. You were very patient and informative for us. Please feel free to use us as a referance for anyone considering one of your dogs !! We will definately be recommending you and your labradoodles to our friends and family ! Thanks again for everything !!!

Many people have approached us to ask about Wilbur. We are so pleased, that we highly recommend you and even had people call us at home so we can give them your website. Thank you so much for giving him his care before we got him. We love him dearly! What a joy!

I cannot say enough about Rowen, he is such a great dog! He's laid back, playful, intelligent, funny, loyal, fearless, loving, a great playmate,an excellent retriever and swimmer, well behaved, friendly, quiet, and much more! Rowen has bought much to our lives and we're so glad that he is ours (or should I say we are his?). Everyone who meets him falls in love with him and wants to take him home with them. He's the perfect boating companion and he loves having a big brother to goof around with- he seems to have made Baron younger (even though he's going on 11 years old). I have only met one other dog who likes to retrieve as much as Rowen does: it's hilarious to watch him chase after the ball hopping like a rabbit. Rowen is the ultimate friend and thrives off his buddies, humans and dog alike! He is such a fantastic guy, he veen likes to play in the leaves! I can't believe he's a year old -time just flies by. Thank you so much for the greatest puppy ever, Debbie!

Dear Debbie,
We are so pleased with our new dog. He is sweet and turning into a good listener. The boys and I decided to name him Jack. He is sleeping through the night and beginning to eat better.
The boys are learning how to appropiately discipline him as am I. He is catching on to not peeing in the house. Thank you so much for our new family member! When i took him to the vet, they were so impressed with him. One of the receptionists actually asked for your info - she was so impressed. I gave her your info and told her how I thought you were a great professional breeder.

Debbie,
I just wanted to let you know how amazing Purple (now Marge) is She has not had an accident in the house! When we take her outside she goes to the bathroom and we let her stay out of the crate for long periods of time. It's as if she came housetrained. She doesn't chew on anything and she seems to be happy to be around us. the first few nights she cried maybe 2 minutes to go to sleep and now doesn't even to that. She likes her crate. She is a little fearful of the city and city sounds. She is fearful of people passing on the street and the cars, but I'm sure she will get use to it. We absoluetly love her and truly think she is perfect. Thanks (i took her to the vet yesterday ans he said her health is perfect)
Ann - December 2006
Gus is doing great. My son has not had a problem with his allergies !!! They love him. he is very energtic dog and has taken over control of the house. Thanks

Hi Debbie,
Our puppy is doing wounderfully. He's sweetest, cutest little guy. His name is Chase and he's a fast learner. He's already housebroken and when he need to go out, he rings a little bell I put on the door to let us know he needs to go out. he's very attached to me and loves to play with my son. he does love to bite our fingers, so we are working on getting him to stop doing that, his first obrdience classes is this coming saturday. We are totally in love, and my whole family is in love with him too.
